Every child deserves a village — a circle of care that shows up with consistency, compassion, and help when life gets heavy. BOON’s 2025 Adopt-A-Family initiative exists to surround families with practical support when they need it most.

This isn’t charity.
This is God’s love in tangible ways.

Through Adopt-A-Family, BOON is partnering with children’s and youth ministries to identify families who could benefit from temporary assistance - whether that’s help with groceries, utilities, medication, counseling fees, or stabilizing moments that directly impact a child’s wellbeing.

We trust you, the ministry leader, because you see these families up close. You know their stories, their challenges, and the quiet ways they keep showing up for their children. Your insight helps us make sure our support is personal, dignifying, and timely.

Who Can Submit

Only children’s or youth ministry leaders are eligible to complete this referral form.
You are not asked to diagnose needs, simply name where support could strengthen a family’s stability and help their child(ren) thrive.

What BOON Provides

• Due to limited capacity, we cannot fund every request.

• Confirm that the family has permitted you to refer them

• Stay connected with BOON for any needed context or follow-up
